full stack developer -- trying to be everything (part time) since 1988
Hello! I’m a developer based in the Bay Area. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects—from front-end and mobile apps to full-stack debugging, refactoring, and math-heavy tasks like charting and real-time text or image processing. My experience is broad because I believe in doing what it takes to get things working smoothly.
Along the way, I’ve turned some of those “why doesn’t this exist already?” moments into open-source projects, hoping to make life a little easier for others, too. If you’re interested, feel free to check out my portfolio and GitHub below. I’m always open to new challenges and collaborations!
Zebra is a demo that blends WebGL shaders with WebCam Tuner features, all running right in your browser. At the moment, it’s using a binarization filter—an adaptation of one of Leptonica’s classic algorithms—reworked for fast, real-time processing on your device. As time allows, I’ll keep adding more image processing filters useful for image segmentation or text recognition.
